Welcome to BigeStore. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the BigeStore website and any related services (together, the "Platform"). By creating an account, browsing, or making a purchase through the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the Platform.

1Our Store Role

BigeStore sells the products offered on this Platform directly to you. When you place an order, you are entering into a contract with BigeStore for the purchase and delivery of the products in your order. BigeStore is responsible for processing, shipping, and supporting every order under these Terms.

2Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old, or of the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account and use the Platform. If you are under 18, you may use the Platform only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian.

3Accounts and Registration

• You agree to notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.
• Each user may hold a single account. You may not create multiple accounts or register accounts using false or misleading information.

4Buying on the Platform

• Prices: Product prices are set by BigeStore and may be updated at any time. The price shown at checkout is the price you pay. Where a product is part of a Flash Sale, the discounted price is displayed.
• Shipping and Taxes: A shipping fee and, where applicable, taxes may be added at checkout. These are shown before you confirm your order.
• Vouchers: Vouchers may be claimed by registered users, are subject to their individual terms, and may be limited to one per user. Vouchers are non-transferable and have no cash value unless otherwise stated.
• Payment Methods: We currently accept payments via wallet balance, credit/debit card through our payment processor, and cash on delivery, as made available at checkout.
• Confirmation: Your order is confirmed when we issue an order number. We may refuse or cancel an order where payment fails, stock is unavailable, or the order violates these Terms.

5Orders, Fulfilment, and Status

Orders progress through the following statuses: Pending, Processing, Shipped, Delivered, or Cancelled. We process and ship orders in line with the estimated delivery time shown at checkout, and you will be notified as your order moves through each status. You may request to cancel an order before it has been shipped. Once your order is marked delivered, the sale is complete.

6Payments and Refunds

When you place an order, payment is collected using the payment method you choose, and you agree to pay the full order total shown at checkout. Refunds and returns are governed by our Returns and Refunds Policy. In summary, you may file a complaint on a delivered order within the applicable window, and our support team will review it fairly. Outcomes may include a full or partial refund to your wallet or original payment method.

7Reviews and Content

• You may post reviews and ratings of products you have purchased. Reviews must be truthful and based on your genuine experience.
• You may not post content that is unlawful, defamatory, fraudulent, abusive, or that infringes the rights of others.
• We may remove content that violates these Terms without notice.

8Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Platform, including by:

• Engaging in fraud, including chargeback abuse, fake orders, or manipulated reviews.

9Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform — including text, graphics, logos, images, software, and the overall design — is owned by or licensed to BigeStore and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Platform without our prior written consent.

10Limitation of Liability

• To the fullest extent permitted by law, BigeStore shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill.
• We are not liable for failures beyond our reasonable control, including shipping carrier delays, force majeure events, or third-party service disruptions.
• Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid through the Platform in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform and all products, content, and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

12Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BigeStore and its directors, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Platform, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

13Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account and access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms or if we believe your conduct harms the Platform, other users, or third parties. You may stop using the Platform and close your account at any time. Any obligations that, by their nature, should survive termination will survive.
