Buying on BigeStore takes just a few minutes. Follow the steps below from finding a product to receiving it at your door. If you get stuck at any point, our Help Centre is always available.
Click Sign Up in the top bar to create a free account with your name and email address, or sign in with your existing BigeStore account. You can also sign in using Google if you prefer.
There are several ways to find a product:
Open the product page and select any required options such as size or color, then choose the quantity you need. Check the price, availability, and delivery details shown on the page before continuing.
Click Add to Cart. The item will appear in your cart with the quantity badge updated in the header. You can continue shopping and add more items before checkout.
Open your cart from the header to review every item, adjust quantities, or remove anything you no longer want. When you are ready, click Checkout.
At checkout, confirm your delivery address and choose how you would like to receive your order. Make sure your address and phone number are correct, as these are used to deliver your items.
BigeStore offers several secure payment options:
Your payment is processed securely as soon as you place your order.
Review your order summary one last time and click Place Order. You will receive a confirmation notification and an email with your order number and estimated delivery time.
Follow your order from your My Orders page. You will be notified as your order is processed, shipped, and delivered. When your package arrives, check it is in good condition and matches your order.
